NYS U13B rep player Spencer Szabo attended Vancouver Whitecaps FC youth conditioning camp at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex last month. Players were put through their paces as the week long camp focused on explosive speed, agility, balance and strength in combination with technique drills.
The field at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West features one of the softest, most realistic artificial turf fields I have ever set foot on (similar to the turf at Soccer Quest).
